On February 11th, ROBUSTOO took part in a collaborative online workshop “Challenges in the discovery, design, improvement and upscale production of recombinant enzymes”, alongside three other European projects: REPURPOSE, FUTURENZYME, and FURIOUS.
This event provided a valuable opportunity for all projects involved to share advanced technologies and innovative methodological approaches for the discovery, design, and industrial-scale production of recombinant enzymes.
We believe that collaboration between projects is a key element to accelerating progress in industrial biotechnology. By sharing our knowledge, methodologies, and expertise, this workshop can contribute to the development of more sustainable solutions for the industry.
Additionally, the event took place on a significant date: February 11th marks the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, a moment to recognize and celebrate the contributions of women in research and to promote a more inclusive and innovative scientific community.
